A 29 yr old lady presented with amenorrhoea for 6 months. She had irregular menses since menarche at 13 yr of age. She is married for 3 yrs but never had child despite unprotected intercourse. US scan shows no abnormality. Lab shows high FSH & LH. Urine beta HCG report is normal.
