during a routine exam a 20 yr old manis found to have a firm bilaterally enlarged thyroid gland n laymphadenopathy his father died of thyroid cancer at the age of 40 yrs which of the folllowing hormones is most likely associated with this pt findings?

i chose calcitonin becuz of thinking as medullary carcinoma more common in males n if its papillary carcinoma then its should be in females n secondly the thyroid cancers r euthyroid.if anyone knows the ans plz write
