1. u can transmit it again later (free of cost)

2. if u think u might fail than dont transmit ( its a good option for people who are not confident about s3)

3. u can send the new result my email ( SUCCESS RATE OF THIS REACHING PD IS VERY VERY LOW.AND WHY WUD U WANT TO DO THIS WHEN U CAN AUTOMATICALLY TRANSIT VIA ERAS FOR FREE)
