I need help... state medical license? - fluoxetin

I am currently working on my CAF but got stuck on page 9 "State Medical Licenses". I think I should select "none" but where is this "none"?

----"If you have no state medical licenses to enter, select: NONE" --- where is NONE???????????

Problem solved. NONE tab is NONE tab...... Sorry guys, this was not intended to be a joke thought it sounded like one...
