Now I have only 2 LORs . I will be able to get 2 more LORs in mid October when I finish doing observership. I am wondering if I can apply to residency programs in September then send the rest of my LORs to ERAS in mid October. If I can do so, will my LORs sent in Oct be uploaded to the ERAS and will the program I apply to get my 2 new LORs?
