how many programs did u apply to?
did u apply to FM/Peds/Psych?
how are your LOR/PS/CAF?
do u have any gap in CV?
let us know about all these.
otherwise low CK score is a weakpoint on your cv. but again, I believe there is a very big luck factor even after everything present on your cv. GL.

do not give up hope
continue to apply
find out what is lacking in you that you can build on
apply only to Programs that you meet the minimal requirement ie do good research before u apply

U r a regular joe with 50-50 chance of getting in or being left behind.

keep looking for alternative as well... just in case...

as u keep growing older as u keep applying, time does not stop for us

Be spiritual, have faith in God and remember to pray and be thankful to God

well, then this year step 3 may boost it up, lets wait and see. We can not do much, I understand your position, it can happen to any of us. I would suggest keep up the faith, select programs carefully where there is no >85 cut off. Also keep back up plan of MD in India. GL.
