You cannot get any nursing job with you MD degree. You must graduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate or Bachelor's degree to be eligible to sit for the NCLEX licensing exam.
I think its wise to stay away from excelsior. You may not pass their clinical - CPNE, and if you do, you may have problems with getting jobs in many states.

Hi Guys
I have been reading and searching a lot for other option for IMG who failed to get residency. Of course many options and tracks. You mention nursing and PA which are both possible. But have u thought about becoming physician scientist i.e PHD in on of the basic medical sciences. Please list your opinion about this option for the benefit of all IMG. Bets luck for all.
