Advice for prepare Step 2 CK! - qie

I am just get start to prepare Step 2 CK and need guide about what kind of materials I should use for the test. Lots of people recommend Kaplan notes, So what kind of book are they? Is there anybody can help expain that for me, How can I get it?

Is there any way I can get Kaplan video lecture without order from Kaplan website?
