i heard some programs offer offcycle prematch, any idea when such residents start residency?

@amhylyblessed - I don't have any program in mind, lol. Just letting you know the start date, I am not that lucky......
@shrukh - Off cycle positions are those that get created in a program that has some guys graduating not in the usual July cycle. The program then is usually a resident or 2 short and try and hire interns who they really really like. Hope this helps.
