The answer is B. With respect to estimating the mean, precision reflects how reliable the estimate is and accuracy reflects how close the estimate is to the true mean. The wider the CI, the less precise and the more accurate the estimate of the mean. When compared to a 99% confidence interval, a 95% confidence interval will be more precise
(smaller SE and width of the confidence interval) but less accurate (the sample is less likely to be representative).
