Any one please??????????Coz the answer is urinary retention..But What I have understood is Atropine does cause urinary retention.

You are right. Atropine can precipetate acute urinary retention. It is a side effect of anticholinergic agent. This Q is wrong if those are the all options.

I think the ans can be increased pulse,bcos atropine given at low dose can cause bradycardia. It causes tachycardia at high dos((1mg up)
