in non interactive case - shud we admit the patient to the ward or send him to er so that we will get all lab reports or do tests send him home and ask him to comeback 3-4 days later..? shud we keep him in repiratory isolation untill we get the results by admitting him?

don't worry you might not get it in exam, if highly infectious with active findings on cxr better transfer him to ward and watch until symptoms get better and then send home as no option for tb sanitorium thingy.
