IF the 6 month had fever and signs of meningeal irritation...should we move the pt from office to ER or from office to ICU/ward? Please reply

yes i admitted the patient and i gave iv fluid order blood and urine cultures chest xray basic lab and gave ceftriaxone and vancomycin and forworded the clock and patient is ok bt case ended
i would have orderd ct and lp for that child.
every infant less than 1 year i think fever should be taken as serious.and admitted
