Hello, what does it mean if the program is not participating in ERAS? how do they accept the students?
Please help.

if program is not participating in ERAS then they accept application out of the match which means the old fashioned way. You know someone inside who gets you an interview and you may end up with a job. usually programs that are _NOT_ ERAS participants are _NOT_ ACGME accredited so your residency may be in jeopardy when it comes to gainful employment or even state medical licences
