Results of the 2010 NRMP Program Director Survey IM and FM only 30% of programs sent >75% of invitations before Nov1. At least half of all programs sent more than 50% of their invitations. Competitive programs wait for mspe for AMGs. Peds closer to half of the programs sent 75% of invitations before Nov1. We have not sent out interview invitations to anyone. Deans letters are available from ERAS on Nov 1 for AMGs and about 10 days after we begin sending interview invites to all candidates.

bulk of interview invitations and rejections for me were in november so do not lose hope yet
