an AIDS pt has dysphagia and odynophagia, he has pink oral mucosa and normal tongue , CD4 190, next step is?
endoscopy biopsy confirm then treat OR empirically treat with fluconazole, if it fails, then do endoscopy? CK and step 3 kaplan gave conflict answers.
