How do you differentiate .....?

Reactive arthritis vs Gonococcal arthritis

in reactive arthrits synovil fluid clture is negetive and in gonnococal arthritis culture is positive

reactive ( REITER's )----------- >>>> urethritis, conjunctivits and arthritis
gonococcal arthritis ------- >> Lady with PID sx or after haveing sex with ARTHRITIS + skin petechea + tenosynovitis ..
Initial remedy for REACTIVE --- >> NSAID but for the other ---- >> CEFTRIAXONE i/m.

one more thing .. better to think that i thought because of this post after reading the topic.
Reactive arthritis ----- 2 categories
1 after genitourinary involvement ( URETHRITIS ) is the REITERs syndrome--- along with urethritis , conjunct, and arthritis patients have keratoderma blenorrhagicum ( Clear vesicles on palms and soles, closely resemble psoriasis).
2 after Gastrointestinal infection --- any invasive organism..
