Scheduling exam date - moske

I have chosen feb march april eligibity period. I got my scheduling permit now.

I would like to know if it is compulsory to pick a date before eligibity period starts i.e, in my case (Feb)?? or it is not a problem even if i pick up the date later at the start of april?

And also Wat r the govt id proofs accepted at exam centre?
