@desperatehh......In apex ventilation is lower, but how regional arterial po2 is highest in apex and regional arterial pco2 is lower?
v/q ratio decrease ....not always means decrease ventilation or increase perfusion......it also means both increase (ventilation and perfusion). but perfusion increase more than ventilation.
