yes all dates are booked but ppl are cancelling and trying to exchange at different time of the day from different places for different reasons.
those that are exchanging do so without a 100% guarantee cos the date will be publicly made available first and not just only to the exchangee, so its whoever is fast enough to pick the date that gets it. Perhaps the only advantage the exchangee has is that he knows for sure that a particular date is available at the instance it is available and very ready to pick it at that instance which still isnt a guarantee cos its goes public to be avialble to others too..
the alert system isnt so dependable cos its only when they have 2 to 3 openings hanging that they alert you while there might be single openings at many different dates at many different centres per time. even when there are 2 or 3 openeing but being actively picked by ppl at that very instant they might not alert you.
the surest means is to go to the calendar and scheduling page, open in different tabs your preferential optional centres and keep looking and refreshing the pages per time as you study or just stay on it all day depending on how desperate you are in getting a date for a particular time. dont just open the pages but keep refreshing them few seconds/minutes apart. it is then you will understand what i have been talking about. you will keeping seeing openings appear and disappear without any email alerts to that effect and when your preferable dates comes up be fast enough to click and click and confirm. there you do.
i got a 1st week in May date jst few days ago and only stayed on this method a few hours and did so whiles studying. i need to mention too that i haved tried many other means in my desperation and alas i thought of doing it this way and it worked. i hope it works out for out.
wish you guys all the very best. cheers.
