full term male born with 4*4cm mass posterior to sternocleidomastoid. delivery was uncompliCATED.
mass unilocular and filled with watery fluid.most likely dx
A branchial cyst
B cystic hyagroma
C preauricular sinus
D thyroglossal duct cyst
E zenker's diverticulum

i thought its bb. bec its in posterior triangle. but branchial cyst in anterior triangle i guess. anyone clarify pls

agree with pathlova...it is in posterior triangle and it is unilocular with watery fluid...cystic hygroma..
