I would like to ask a question:
Why the majority of people here consider that good scores are 90+(why not to 89+ or 88+ or 87+).Do really PDs think in such a sick, dull, fool and crazy way.The majority of programs cosider 85 a good score.Dont tell me that a guy with 91 will get dozens of interviews and that with 89 will b discarded.REALLY THIS WAY OF THINKING MAKING ME VOMITING!!

Hi Dr. You,
The world is full of compitetion. As time goes it even become worse. Score is not the only criteria to make you compet but it is one of the many. If you are IMG, no matter how much you score, you only get fewer interviews. But if you have US experience, research exp..... but score 75 you may get much more. So keep these things in mind and do not get frustrated by any score.

aa is right. I barely passed my step1 and do not have my step2 and csa scores yet. However, they have granted me 5 interviews so far. It's all matter of luck. Being a caring doctor has nothing to do with getting 90's in step1 and 2.
good luck to all
