Should be done mixed, cause thats how real exam is.. But if it is ur first time, then Subject wise can help u, it did for me.. Depends how comfortable you are with the material..

Thanks for answering . basically I am doing it after long time as I studied everything again as my NBME score was low and I studied every thing again .now what is your advise Please advise again . Thanks again

I would do it mixed since u did it before and make a notebook of the questions u do wrong and don't understand and read the notes everyday. So u don't make the mistakes again. It's a little time consuming but a friend of mine made me do it bc it helped her and it is working for me. U can also correlate it w first aid. Hope that helps!
