Query about the online application step2cs visa - randa__m

I booked for the exam & have my scheduling permit & confirmation notice.
Now I’m filing the online application step2cs visa,
My question is:
when they ask about the “US contact information”, shall I fill in with the test center address & phone?

I found this in the confirmation notice:
((The test centers are test administration facilities only. Test center staff cannot answer inquiries related to your testing appointment, registration, scheduling, rescheduling, or the content and format of the exam.))

Which made me uncomfortable to write in their address ..

I also have a brother there, shall I put in his address instead? .. I’m also not comfortable with that bec. My primary reason for the travel is to take the test, not to visit him ..


Your advices will be appreciated dear friends..

or shall I write down the ECFMG philadelphia address?

u can give them both write in front of the first [ecfmg address] this is where i applied
and the other this is the test center and i think they know how to get there information
