Please Need Advice! - jalucka

Hello! I am IMG from Europe, graduated in 2007. Since that I completed IM residency and MedOnco Fellowship and I am board certified in both specialities in EU. Already passed all USMLE exams, including STEP 3, all of them on first attempt. Have good research experiences with couple papers in pre-reviewed journals and some USCE. But only from small non-ACGME non-teaching hospital. I am seeking for a job / research / intern / extern - anything that can count into my USCE and will strengthen my next year application. And most importantly I want to stay active in medicine and do something reasonable until next MATCH. Can somebody advice me, what is the best way to search for such a positions? I do have a green card, so no issues with visas. Should I send my CV to university hospitals? Or search through some web sides? Please, help !
