A patient with basilar crackles at lung bases, decrease S2 and a systolic murmur (3/6) heard best at the upper right sternal border and radiating to the neck. During exercise the patient experiences no pain but SOB, heart rate increases from 80 to 120, artic presure changes from 130/70 to 160/80, end diastolic (140 to 165) and end systolic (50 to 60).

What causes SOB?
1. Tachycardia
2. Increase aortic pressure
3. increased LV's end diastolic pressure during exercise
4. Decrease CO during exercise
5. Decrease pulmonary blood flow
