I don't think so. I have the same question. Do let me know as well. But I will write in my cv what I did during research.

it depends .. if your abstract was submitted and accepted .. that counts and you can discuss on that in an IV ..even if your paper is in process of being written / not submitted for publication.

but if no abstract at the very least, it may not be of much help .. but you can always mention that youre participating in active research and state your duties.

Thanks guys, I think I remember from last year there was an option wether your research ended to a publication or not, haven't registered yet for this year!
