Pain from what in a 10month old baby? How can you even tell when a 10month old is in pain? I give my 6months Tylenol for fever/ pain after immunization.

As for anti emetics , I cannot figure any medical condition when it's needed in babies except in raised intracranial pressure and intestinal obstructions but in that case, you treat the primary pathology than symptomatic mgt.

@sharon......if needed, you can give morphine , as choosing a dose is not an option on software, it will be understood automatically, that you adjusted dose according to pt age.
if pain is mild, you can choose tylenol per rectum. make a choice depending upon the condition, please.
