LOWERED P50 ..... it means the Hb Affinity for O2 has Increased

How does that apply to ur answer?

Lowered P50 means a shift to the left and increased affinity of Hb to O2.
Increased affinity means less oxygen delivered to the tissues, which is a state of hypoxia.
The patient will respond by producing more RBCs.
