No, it's not over yet, peak wave is over though.
My friend got an IM IV two days ago from IL.
AMGs cancel a lot of IVs especially on Dec, because they get tons of IVs and they cannot keep it up with all of them.
I know a guy got one on Dec 31 last match.

Pray and wait.

Its not technically over, but pretty close to it.

A lot of programs already sent out their IV schedules with maybe few spots still available. But don't give up hope
just yet, people cancel so that should open up some spots. Not a lot but some.
