I have got a long thank you letter handwritten by the PD. How to reply to send the green light that I am going to rank you?

1rst of all if you received it online I'm sure it's not handwritten by the pd, it might be a preform one where he just sign and send it.........
2nd of all you send it's a thank you letter so take it as is. Now if you really want this program you can make good use of it when replying back to them.

did you already send them a "im going to rank you highly" type letter? if you did then no need to reply again, it just becomes repetitive. if you didnt send it, then id go ahead and just send them a letter stating the good things you liked about the program and that youll rank them first in ROL (if you REALLY are going to) or rank them highly (if they wont be first but theyll be in the first few slots)
