my prefered ROL is
north shore medical center at salem,MA
monmouth medical center, NJ
wright medical center at scranton, PA
mercy catholic at philly,PA
howard university hospital at washington DC
but i'm confused between my first two programs!

I interviewed at Salem, they don't have total EMR yet. Otherwise it is a pretty laid back program.

I opted for salem hospital only because it sponsors h1b visa even though I liked Monmouth better than it?

I have average scores and done with step 3. I think they prefer step 3 completed.
@residency15: h1b was the only reason, I was ranking salem higher. I prepared my rank order list on Jan 15. I almost thought for a month and I finally changed my rank order list yesterday. I have put J1 program higher than Salem. I may regret my decision later ( provided I match, if I don't match this won't make any difference) but my priorities were other than visa.
