hey guys hw does j1 visa work.. suppose I complete my step 3 b4 d residency den who ll sponsor for the h1b??

So if you want h1b, the program will sponsor H1b. J1 will be sponsored by ECFMG.
j1 to H1b- not possible unless you do get a waiver.
So if you start J1 residency- get a waiver job after residency and change it to H1b or you continue your fellowship and then get a waiver job and change it to h1b
