I would appreciate your suggestions on how to improve my chances to match into OBGYN being an IMG and old Grad 2007. Good scores. Have USCE, but not in OBGYN.

Do USCE in Obgyn; do research related to obgyn at well-known institutions - sometimes having such names with entice PD/PC to look at application more carefully and invite for iv; have a poster or presentation at the ACOG meeting or other related obgyn meetings; publish in the green journal; get awesome LORs from American obgyn physicians; apply broadly, including prelim obgyn positions; make contacts inside residency programs or outside them who can point out to your application during interview season.
It's one of those competitive fields, so you need to be competitive as well.. good luck
