I read that we need the DS2019 to book an emergency appointment in Delhi. My home country is India but I plan to go to Canada for stamping. Do I need the DS form in order to book the appointment now.
Anyone who has experience this matter, please reply.

no, you dont need DS 2019 to book appointment in canada. the earliest available dates are in last week of may.
how safe is it to get j1 stamped from country other than your home country. how do u establish ties with your home country, which is one of the requirements? please reply... i am also planning to apply from canada.
