Hi all,
I'm a current AMG, and have tried to help on this forum as much as possible.
It seems that 2 areas people need help with are CV/personal statement help/editing, and interview preparation. A lot of the companies that provide these services advertised on this site are FMG-run.
Out of curiosity, would you be open to having AMGs help you with CV/personal statements and interview prep? Would this be a service that you would use? Or would you prefer to have these services provided by fellow FMGs instead?
Finally, how much do you usually pay for externships? I know a doctor (he is private practice internal medicine, completed medical school abroad and residency in the US) who is willing to take on students for externships. I've worked with him and can endorse him - very nice, teaches a lot, and gives you a lot of autonomy. He just doesn't know what to charge based on the current market value.
