2-Lactic acid .reviewd the rest of the options but all didnt make sense but when i saw " hypotension " means tissues aint getting enough blood =lactic acid accumulation plus its anion gap metabolic acidosis and lactic acid i s included . that how i came to this answer nt sure if thats the right way !
