negative cotraction test is a normal situation wher there will be no late or variable decelleration.
the author is mixing non stresstest with contraction test. a could be the answer becuse the person who have sufficient acceleration will have no late deceleration. he will have no late deceleration meaning he will have negative contraction test. A IS THE ANSWER. C IS NEAR BY.

A reactive nonstress test is defined as two fetal heart accelerations of at least 15 beats/min, lasting at least 15 sec, over a 20-minute period. Three to five fetal movements in an hour indicates a healthy fetus.
