Abington is my No 4, it is not low on my list! But it would have been higher but I didn't hear anything from them despite the reply to my thank you email.

By low i meant not in top 3.Imho, a newer program should be lower than the well established ones.

Are you serious? I would put new programs at the bottom. Bring Abington, Coney island and Marshfield up and above new programs. Abington should be at the top.
