Just studying for now, i started with kaplan video lectures and notes, want to do live course with them, then uw,
I think most essential thing is to practice lots and lots of questions. Wanted to see what the others are up to in their preparations. Whats your plan? And good luck! Stay positive!

I heard they don't sell them, they only offer them to their students, you have to buy a used copies
