estrogen is good for osteoporosis and can precent from ovarian carcinoma and endometriosis and even endometrial cancer but it can cause breast cancer--and heart disease datas are conflicting-- but estrogen can be used and individylised assessement of reelative risks and benifit is necesary.

other absolute contraindications are history of dvt and other hypercoaguable status and history breast cancer in that person and early family history of breast cancer .. smoking probably ---

estrogen can cause endometrial cancer so it is bad for endometrium unless you aid progestin

breast cancer is questionable but we should think in a way that it can be dangerous for breast
