Do we have to study the staging of all gynecological carcinomas?

no.dont think so.
the only staging i encountered during my preparation was CLL.
its always good to understand the fundamental of each exams.

CK is to test your knowledge,to work as physician with assistance.
Its understood,staging of carcinomas is not one of the things a physician should know by heart,recognizing the danger signs of cancer,making your first test to diagnose are what is heavily tested.Even treatment of cancers,chemotherapy used are all very low yield.

its same thing with doses,except in emergency situations nobody will be asking you doses.
