Any one knows if there is a way to get financial aid, loan, grants, scholarships, or any help to take the usmle steps?

There is program for foreign medical doctors in Miami, FL. It belongs to doctor without borders, in some cases they offer help for preparation and the test cost. I don't have to much information, but I know some people got results with them

SSF - Medical Revalidation Programs. the web is www.ssfin.org the phone and address is Blanche Morton Neighborhood Services Center 300 East 1st Avenue Suite 124 Hialeah, FL 33010 Telephone: 305.884.4110 Fax: 305.884.4120 They have the program above, you did a Kaplan Dignostic test, and according with your results, they cover 100% or 40% of the prep for one step, to be a member you need to pay $60.00 annualy
