since warfarin acts by carboxylation of coagulation factors,
which drug effects the proteolysis of coagulation factors?

warfarin inhibits vitamin k epoxide reductase and thus reduced vitamin k activity, which is cofactor in activation of II, VII, IX, X, protein C and S

why carboxylation?
