Applied but not get reply for change of Status - drzabez

Hi,
I applied almost 3 weeks for change of status, with the help of courier tracking, I saw the application is confirmed delivered on next day. However, I did not receive acknowledgment from USCIS. I called and they said wait for at least one more week. Till that I don't able to track or see my application. I send the money order so I do not is there way to find they cashed the money or not. Anyone in same or nearest boat. Any recommendation(s).
