hey guys
i have question.. how to submit CV and personal statement to ERAS because in document submission form this document are not listed? should i submit CV online as a application or i have to mail to ERAS as other document? what about personal statement?

U must send Ur photo,along with other three type of documents, by mail.

when u fill the application form, it will automatically make your profile,CV and CAF.
about PS, u have to type online in ERAS,
U have to send pic,LOR and MSPE originals and photocopy of medical school transcript

Wallet-Sized Color Photo (optional)
Photographs are not mandatory but if you want your application to be complete, then you should provide one. Programs use the photographs to identify you when you come to interview and as a memory aid when creating a rank list. Programs cannot view your photograph during their initial evaluation of your application. The photograph is not visible until you have been selected for interview.

You may submit one photograph to your designated Dean's Office to be scanned and uploaded.
