optional.
but always good to send them, for your own interest. the pds use the photo for memory recall later when they are finalizing rank order lists.. you dont want them to forget you!

besides, photo is not sent to hospitals at teh time of your application.. so there is no discrimination in selecting candidates for interviews.
it only matters later. strongly advise you to send it. |
