answer is A
rh -ve geniotype is aa and heterozygous rh +ve is Aa so combinations are aa,aA,Aa,aa so 1/2chance of being rh+ve for their each children.

well rh is codominant so there is 1/2 chance for each child to b rh + ,but the chance of all the three,since each event is indepent would b 1/2x1/2 x1/2=1/8 however this is not in choice . can somebody give their opinion??
