One of the best review materials for Step 1 is Kaplan Video Lectures.
This was not available to the medical students until very recently.
It is very valuable help for all medical students and residents.
This is available in 2 formats- 16 or 17 DVDs (AVI format) and 23
DVDs (MPEG format). Both formats are of similar quality, 17 DVDs
option maybe more suitable for you because it is less discs -so
easier to handle.

Kaplan Notes. You can get a 2002 option -it is usually cheaper,
although difference between 2002 and 2005 is not really significant.
2002 option is available in JPG and PDF format - they are the same
quality. No difference.
