The ecfmg certificate and usmle transcript are not the same, am i correct ? How long after completing the steps do we get hte certificate and do we need to pay for it, and how much?

Once u've sompleted Step1, 2CK and 2CS and ur medical education credentials have been verified, ECFMG issues the certificate automatically and sends it to the mailing address that u've given on ur OASIS account. No paying/requesting required- automatic process. And yes- cert and transcript are different.
